JOB DESCRIPTION
The Casino Host will be responsible for ensuring that premium guests receive a positive casino experience by providing them with exceptional specialized service. The casino host builds loyalty and increases revenue by developing and effectively maintaining relationships with VIP guests through personal contact on the casino floor, special events, by telephone, and written communication. Performs all duties at multiple properties and may report to a different duty location each day.
