JOB DESCRIPTION
1 FT
SUMMARY: The Liquor Store Supervisor is responsible for the day to day Liquor Store operations to ensure the highest standards of service is provided to customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED, required.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a minimum of one (1) year of supervisor experience in a related field.
Must have one (1) year experience working in a casino, bar or lounge environment or related field.
Must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and write effectively.
Must be able to demonstrate strong organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Must receive a passing math test score.
Must be able to work rotating shifts, which includes, holidays and/or weekends, and period of short staff.
Must be able to lift, carry or push 50+ lbs.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, and at times, highly stressful environment containing excessive smoke and noise.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license as a condition of employment.
Must receive a negative alcohol/drug test result as a condition of employment.
