The mission of Haskell Indian Nations University, a land grant institution, is to serve members of federally recognized American Indian and Alaska Native nations as authorized by Congress and in partial fulfillment of treaty and trust obligations. The purpose of this position is to assist the Title III Director in planning and administering the Alumni Relations Program and activities for Haskell Indian Nations University.

JOB DUTIES:
Plan, promote, and operate the Alumni Relations Program. Serve as the primary resource for alumni relations with the University.
Research, design, and recommend procedures and documentation needed to establish a plan for recruitment of alumni for the program.
Oversee development of Haskell's Alumni Advisory Board, arranging ist meetings, staffing its committees and ensuring strong and productive relationships between its members and Haskell Amlumni Relations Office.
Develop, distribute and contribute to an alumni newsletter.
Plan and coordinate events designed specifically for alumni.
