Achievement Matters (myachievementmatters.com) is a fast growing educational services company, providing one-on-one in-home tutoring from pre-K through college. We also offer tutoring for students who qualify for Supplemental Educational Services through the No Child Left Behind program. We serve families throughout several states including Washington.

The Opportunity
The Community Outreach/Brand Ambassador will be a part of the Marketing team focused on growing our client base, generating new leads, and helping develop the brand within their region in the state of Washington. As a Community Outreach/Brand Ambassador, you will assist our Marketing Manager in representing and promoting the company brand by ensuring that we have local representation within Washington's schools. You will receive rewards including monetary rewards for sales growth. Since you will essentially be running you own region, your potential within the company is driven by your own goals and determination.
Job Requirements
• Passion for marketing with an enthusiastic and self starting approach
• Previous experience working with an educational services provider/No Child Left Behind
• Must possess excellent communication skills, written skills, and be professional in demeanor and approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills with adults and children
• Is comfortable communicating with parents and students about our company and its tutoring programs
• Entrepreneurial minded with a strong work ethic including the ability to prioritize tasks and achieve goals
• Ability to network, influence and utilize internal and external resources.
• Must enjoy speaking on the phone
• Is able to travel within their territory to attend events, school sites, and community centers
• Bi-lingual a plus (please indicate on email fluency of a foreign language)
• Previous lead generating and marketing experience preferred but not required
• Dedication to promoting the mission of the company
What you get:
• Performance based commission, you will get anywhere between $25-$50 for every student you sign up plus bonuses
• This is a temporary, independent contractor position (estimated to last approximately two to three months) however, there is growth potential within the company
