The Assistant will work directly under the Coordinator of Standing Rock Methamphetamine
lnitiative Program for the two year grant project. The Assistant will be available to the
Coordinator, Specialist and Consultants for technical computer assistance, scheduling, written
reports, etc. The Assistant will be asked to travel with the Coordinator/Specialist to meeting in
the communities as necessary to document participation and turnout of meetings and training
sessions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Must be willing to work evening and weekends.
2. Must be willing to attend community meetings.
3. Must assist with development of public awareness campaign.
4. Must follow all tribal written policies, protocols.
5. Must provide assistance to professional consultants as request by Coordinator.
6. Must assist Coordinator and keep written files for each activity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must possess a high school diploma with a two year associate degree preferred.
2. Must have good written and communication qkills.
3. Must be computer proficient and be able to keep proper record/keeping for the program.
4. Must possess valid driver's license.
5. Must have experience in office supporUclerical.
6. Must sign confidentiality agreement.
