Description: Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must have a valid driver's cicense with no traffic violations and a realiable vehicle. Will be mandated to secure First responder and basic CPR within one year of hire. Will transport persons to the IHS clinics, perform EMT, educate and orientate community residents through home visits, schedule appointments, do follow-ups, submit required reports, and work cooperatively with other agencies. Subject to drug and alcohol testing.
