JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Social Services, oversees children’s services in Guadalupe and Tucson, including the CPS/ICWA, childcare programs, family preservation program and foster care. This is a sensitive grant funded position.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Master’s Degree in Social Work
2. Three (3) years of upper management experience in the social services field; including one (1) year experience in clinical supervision
AND
CISW certification or equivalent certification in the State of Arizona preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona Driver’s License
Must provide at least three (3) years business-related reference letters
Must successfully pass a background check and drug test. Fingerprinting requirement determined by funding and sensitivity of position
