Description: High school diploma or GED required. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be CPR / First Aid certified or become certified within 3 months of employment. Health field and / or health care experience required. Must have a healthy background Must obtain certification to operate blood glucose and cholesterol machines. Must have a physical. Must be able to pass Federal, State and Tribal criminal background checks. Will be subject to mandatory drug and alcohol testing.
