JOB DESCRIPTION
The B&C Committee of the Yankton Sioux Tribe, on behalf of the Tribe, is currently accepting Proposals for General Counsel and Attorney Representation of the Yankton Sioux Tribe.
You will need to have the ability to provide legal representation in the yankton Sioux Tribal Court, the federal courts of the United States and the State of South Dakota, as well as provide legal consultation and advice in a ll matters which relate to the Yankton Sioux Tribe.
