Description
The National Indian Education Association is seeking resumes from highly motivated individuals to work on a full time basis as the Director of Communications who will lead the NIEA’s communication and public relations activities. The position is located at the NIEA offices within Washington, DC.

Position Summary
This position is responsible for creating and executing an overarching communications plan to promote and expand the influence and capacity of the NIEA to accomplish its mission and increase awareness and service to its members, constituents, strategic partners, funders, volunteers, opinion and policy setters, and Native American students, families, and communities. The position reports directly to the Executive Director.
