JOB DESCRIPTION
Takes orders, accepts payment and prepares and serves deli items to casino patrons while providing superior guest service. Stocks deli counter and keeps area clean and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum one year counter service required. Cash handling, credit transactions, and food handling required. Previous food handling experience preferred with the ability to stand longer than 8 hours and lift at least 40 pounds. Must have valid food handler’s card. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.
