Minimum two year’s high volume fine dining or casual dining food service experience required. Serves food and beverages to patrons, presents patrons with check for food, keeps waitress station stocked, and cleans tables as needed. Must have good grooming habits and manners and a valid food handler’s card. Must be able to follow specific instructions, have excellent alcohol service knowledge, guest relations skills, and the ability to stand for longer than 8 hours. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.
