Greets patrons and provides beverages, suggests menu items and takes food orders while providing superior guest service. Accepts money and makes change, operates POS system, keeps food server station stocked and cleans tables as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum two year’s high volume fine dining or casual dining food service experience required. Must have good grooming habits and manners with ability to provide excellent guest service. Must be able to follow specific instructions and have a valid food handler’s card. Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours, have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.
