Greets patrons and provides beverages, suggests menu items and takes food orders while providing superior guest service. Handles the training of new food servers and oversees all servers and bussers on the floor. Accepts money and makes change, operates POS system, keeps food server station stocked and cleans tables as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum two years high volume fine dining or casual dining food service experience. Must be able to follow specific instructions and have good guest relation skills. Must have the ability to stand for longer than 8 hours, the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis and be able to carry up to 25 pounds. Must have excellent alcohol service knowledge. Must have a valid food handler’s card. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.
