Assists with operating all front of the house operations in restaurant including deli and banquet services. Effectively communicates with internal departments, ensures compliance with health standards, supervises and trains new staff. Assists the Restaurant Manager as needed and performs other job related duties as required while providing superior guest service to patrons of the casino.
Requirements:
Minimum two years management experience in a high volume restaurant environment. Must have extensive knowledge in all aspects of front and back of the house operations. Good verbal and written communication skills are required with knowledge of computers and POS systems. Must be able to demonstrate superior guest service skills, have good manual and finger dexterity for computer operation, with the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis. Must have a valid food handler’s card. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.
