Provides superior guest service to patrons of the casino by ensuring the food produced is of exceptional quality. Trains new employees, cooks on the line and demonstrates excellent communications skills while delegating food orders.
Requirements:
At least two years cooking experience in a dinner house. Experience in fish filleting, cutting, and making a variety of sauces is required. Cooks on a line and delegates food orders to be prepared in an order to facilitate customer service. Able to sauté, cook, grill, and steam. Must be fast and able to handle up to thirty-five orders at a time. Good communication skills a must. Must have patience and ability to train others. Must have valid food handler’s card. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.
